Fit perfect out of the box and even after initial few hours felt as comfortable as sneakers. "Okay so I need to talk about these Rujo Beck boots because my life has genuinely not been the same since they arrived. First things first: true to size, fit like a glove, gorgeous craftsmanship, blah blah blah — yes, all of that is true and yes, you should absolutely buy them. But that's not the review you came here for, is it? Here's what nobody tells you about these cowboy boots: they come with side effects. Day one, I wear them to Target. TARGET. I'm in cargo shorts, a gym shirt with a bleach stain on it, looking like a man who has made several regrettable decisions in life — and a woman in the checkout line asks if I "play for the Dodgers. " I do not play for the Dodgers. I have never played for the Dodgers. I own a nice pair of boots. Day three, softball game. My own teammates — grown men — stop mid-warmup to ask where I got them. One guy, and I quote, said "bro you look like you're about to buy out somebody's ranch. " I took that as the highest compliment a man can receive. Day five is when it got out of hand. I'm just getting gas, minding my business, and a guy in the next pump over goes "wait, aren't you that guy from the show?" I said "which show" and he said "I don't know, you just look like you're from a show. " Sir. I am from Los Angeles. I am not from a show. But I did not correct him further, because I was wearing the boots and the boots do not lie. And the boots did NOT stop working on women either. I went from a man who gets nodded at, to a man who gets FOLLOWED UP WITH. Eye contact holding a full extra half-second longer than legally necessary. A "cute boots" from a stranger that felt like it was actually about me and just being routed through the boots for plausible deniability. Anyway. 10/10. Snake skin, true to size, unbelievably comfortable, and apparently they make you 40% more famous and 100% more available. My first pair of Rujo Boots, absolutely will not be my last. Buy them before your local grocery store starts thinking you're somebody."
