"I own a number of boots and 5-6 pair of Rujo. I bought these boots for my wife her 3rd pair from Rujo. The craftsmanship and quality are top tier and rate better than boots twice the price. I wouldn’t recommend sizing up if you’re a lady with wider feet."

"I was extremely disappointed to receive these and find them painfully narrow. It’s frustrating that this isn’t indicated anywhere on the product page, I bought them in the same size as my two other pairs of Rujo Boots that fit me perfectly and that I wear constantly. I attempted an exchange on the online portal, which failed automatically and indicated they were final sale (even though it does not say so on the paper receipt) and also emailed customer service but was ignored. This makes me really sad, they are a lovely, lovely pair of boots that I’m sure would fit wonderfully in half a size up, and also, I repeat, please have the honesty to indicate when a model runs narrower in relation to other models so that loyal customers don’t have to go through this kind of trouble."

"the Boots are beautiful, but they had been out of stock on the 6. 5 for sometime and then suddenly a pair became available and we received them. They were gorgeous except the left boot was significantly wider at the ankle than the right boot. So it seems as though this boot is being sold and returned repeatedly and they don't have 6. 5 available for a different pair. I had to spend quite a few hours navigating the return to make sure that I got a refund. Customer service is awesome, but it was inconvenient and it took a long time and we can't get the replacement because they don't have it in stock. would love to get this boot in a symmetrical pair. But unfortunately, we're gonna have to go somewhere else because they don't have them."
