“Flash Sale” is more like a Defected Boots Sale.

"I purchased The Case ostrich boots thinking this would be a great promotion for some nice boots. Once I received the boots I was disappointed with the defective boots sent to me. I quickly filed a claim with picture proof of the damaged boots. A week later after several emails and attempts, they have failed to respond or make it right. Right vamp has a tear/hole. Left vamp has scars and stains. Tubes have loose stitching, more dark scuffs, and uneven cording. I have purchased numerous boots from this company in the past as loyal customer with no issues. However, now that there’s an issue with defective boots, I am being “Ghosted”."
