Monday morning I had a return label sent to my email, a confirmation for a new pair being sent to me, and an email from Barbra explaining the process and what to expect next!"

"I got these and the first pair unfortunately had a small defect. Barb was amazing and took care of me (on a Saturday if I may add!!) immediately by getting a return started and a replacement sent out. The new pair came and they are amazing to say the least.
