"Let me start by expressing how happy I am to have received these boots today and that the fit worked out where I didn’t have to mail them back for a different size. The quality is amazing and the color is everything I wanted. That being said. I’m confused by the smoothed out and more reddish appearance of the ones pictured. I wasn’t completely crazy about that look because I was more drawn to the boots that looked more rough and with loose scale edges (which these have) I feel it gives them a more relaxed and worn look over the dress boot look the advertised ones have. I mean when it comes down to color and texture, my boots are as different as night and day. But they happen to be the look I wanted especially with the 7 toe over other makers who only offer wide toes in them or charge twice as much. Thanks Rujo. This is my second pair from you all. I’m looking forward to my third."

"Run small . But beautiful boots well made . My only complaint is i got them on sale and they do not refund for sale items. They give you store credit only but take very long to get the store credit and get a different pair of boots . So if they dont fit you will be waiting a long time before you can get a second pair , very inconvenient."
"I recently purchased the Darin because I wanted an exotic in my collection, and the price was right. The picture online doesn’t do the boots justice. The look is unique, distinct, and will you get compliments for all the right reasons. More importantly, they are comfortable right out of the box - and I couldn’t find a flaw ( finish excellent, heels on right/even, color consistent throughout, no loose threads, excellent craftsmanship). I had actually ordered two pairs of boots and there was a mix up that resulted in a delay on the shipping. I made a phone call and the next day, the issue was resolved (had boots the day after). The story team was responsive and genuinely wanted to help. Great company and I will be doing business with RUJO boots again. I would encourage my friends and associates to do the same."
