"I'm blown away by the Rujo quality, particularly at their price point. I'm a Native Texan, in my mid-50s, and have been wearing cowboy boots since I was a little boy. My collection runs the gamut: from Hondo to Stallion, to Fenoglio to [the 80s and 90s when they were GOOD] Lucchese, Justin, and Tony Lama, to Japanese "cowboy" boots, and more; and Rujo tops a few on my list. Sizing and fit are spot-on, leather quality (vamps and tops/shafts) is consistent, stitching quality, GYW construction, etc. - all on-point. After wearing my black suede Canyon pair for a full day, I immediately ordered The Tate in bourbon. "Punching above its weight" is a saying that gets thrown around too loosely, IMO, but Rujo definitely does; these boots could easily command $500+"
